Mike's career in system management began with the U S Navy and shipboard systems. His Naval education includes high-pressure steam turbines, desalinization plants, pumps, valves, and automated controls.
Since leaving the Navy Mike has worked as a general contractor in municipal and commercial construction for 25 plus years. During that time he began installing and maintaining onsite wastewater systems, including small-flow sand filter plants. His experience has culminated in the foundation of New Limits Waste Water Technology and a recent successful pilot-scale demonstration of a patent-pending treatment process.
Tim has been focused on developing new processes for the advanced treatment of wastewater since, and prior to, receiving his MS in Environmental Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, MO. Successes include mobile systems for the US Army, total nitrogen treatment systems, a self-mixing biogas generator sponsored by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and nutrient removal systems for lagoons.
